Nano wire drawing dies
Nano-coated wire drawing die is based on tungsten steel die, after die trimming and special pre-treatment, then coated with multi-layers of nano-grade diamond film by ultra-vacuum equipment, polished, and nested to become a finished product.
Advantages:
- Special pre-treatment technology creates superb film-base bonding, extending mould life;
- Ultra-long life, greatly reducing the frequency of mould change;
- Ultra-fine nano-polished surface to enhance wire quality;
- Increased drawing rate, realising ultra-high speed drawing and improving production efficiency;
- No need for special cooling, water cooling can ensure long life;
- No need for special lubrication, clean lubrication medium can achieve the long service life of the mould.
Applications:
Can be used in all wet and dry drawing processes, mainly for larger sizes, where wear and tear is critical, but surface finish is less important.
