Imported PCD wire drawing die
The imported polycrystalline die core chosen by our factory mainly comes from Sumitomo Corporation of Japan and GE Corporation of the U.S.A. The imported polycrystalline wire drawing die produced by our factory has the advantages of long drawing life, high finish, high concentricity of the mould and precise control of the mould parameters.
Advantages:
- Suitable for all application ranges from large draws to ultra-micro draws.
- The dimensions of the stock are guaranteed, resulting in the largest possible reaming size to be expected.
- De-cobaltised polycrystalline material can be used for a wide range of applications in the drawing of high temperature hard wires.
- It has the longest life of any material on the market today, providing maximum productivity and reduced downtime.
- The unique physical properties of synthetic polycrystals allow the wire to be drawn even with worn out moulds to ensure good Roundness.
Applications:
Can be used in all wet and dry drawing processes, mainly in larger sizes and in drawing applications where wear is more demanding.
