Natural Diamond Drawing Die
Natural diamonds are formed naturally in the earth's crust under high temperatures and pressures. Due to its extremely rigid and hard crystal structure, impurities such as boron or nitrogen may be mixed in the formation process. The natural diamonds used in Yudi Moulds are carefully selected to ensure their purity.
Advantages:
- Natural diamonds have the best surface finish of any core material.
- Extremely high hardness and resistance to wear and tear ensure the longevity of the mould.
- Natural diamonds have the highest thermal conductivity of all core materials and can be used in high temperature processes.
- Natural diamonds are resistant to temperatures up to 1700°C.
- Easy commissioning and smooth drawing process.
Applications:
Natural diamond dies are used for drawing fine and ultra-fine wires, or in applications requiring excellent wire surface finish, good heat dissipation, etc. Natural diamond dies can be used for a wide range of applications.
