SSCD Drawing dies ( Mono wire drawing die)
Synthetic monocrystalline diamond is a synthetic diamond produced under controlled conditions and is characterised by its high purity, absence of impurities and absence of cracks. These quality characteristics also result in a stable and predictable service life of the wire drawing dies.
The advantage of synthetic monocrystalline diamond wire drawing dies is that they have a consistent geometry compared to natural diamond, which results in better continuous reaming performance than natural diamond dies.

- Extremely high hardness and resistance to wear ensures a long service life of the die core area.
- Excellent heat dissipation properties for use in high temperature processes.
- Easily adjustable, smooth drawing process.

Applications:
Synthetic monocrystalline diamond has physical properties very similar to those of natural diamond and can therefore be used in all applications where natural diamond moulds can be used. The main applications are fine and ultra-fine wire drawing.

- Stainless steel wire (304 wire, 316L wire, 430 wire, 201 wire, 202 wire, etc.)

- Steel wire (Saw steel wire, spring steel wire, tyre copper-plated steel wire, etc.)
- Special alloy wires (copper-nickel alloy wires, nickel-chromium alloy wires, etc.)
